Roof Repair Smedway handles Roof Replacement projects across New Knoxville from full tear-off through final inspection, with a written scope you approve before anything is torn down.
We walk New Knoxville homeowners through material options, tear-off scope, and timeline before a single shingle comes off, so there are no surprises mid-project.
Every Roof Replacement includes a pre-project walkthrough so there are no surprises once tear-off actually begins.
Documentation provided before the first tear-off day, not after you ask.
Local New Knoxville crews mean project start dates aren't pushed out by weeks like out-of-area contractors.
No mid-project line items you didn't approve first.
We explain the tradeoffs of each material option in terms that actually matter to you.
Most New Knoxville Roof Replacement projects combine two or three of these elements, not just one in isolation.
We never install new shingles over compromised decking — it gets fixed first, every time.
Ice and water barrier gets installed at eaves and valleys per current code requirements.
We offer a range of shingle grades so New Knoxville homeowners can match budget to durability.
Metal replacement costs more upfront but often outlasts asphalt by decades in the right climate.
Poor attic ventilation shortens the life of a new roof, so we assess and upgrade it as part of most Roof Replacement jobs.
We protect landscaping and driveways during tear-off and do a full magnetic nail sweep before leaving.
We start with a conversation about your roof's age, material preferences, and timeline.
On-site assessment covers decking condition, ventilation, and material recommendations specific to your property.
Pricing tiers by material are explained clearly before you commit to anything.
A final walkthrough confirms the finished roof matches the agreed scope before we consider the job done.
